This year we are hiring the Lighthouse Theatre in Kettering for our best show ever!

Featuring a selection of ballet, tap, modern, street jazz, musical theatre and irish dance performed by children from age 3 to 18 years.

Venue: The Lighthouse Theatre, Kettering Leisure Village, Kettering.

Date: Saturday 14th April 2012.

Performances at 3PM & 7PM.

Be sure to mark the date on your diary as this will definitely be something special.

Also, to ensure you can treasure the memories of your child’s performance or as a gift for friends and family alike, a DVD and photographs of the performance will available for purchase on the day.

18 year old Lillie-Rose Cox dreams of becoming a PROFESSIONAL DANCER.

She wishes to gain all of the training possible, to further her talent, knowledge and experience within her chosen career aspirations.

Unfortunately, due to funding issues, Lillie-Rose is unable at this present time, to attend stage school this year.

Lillie-Rose would be very grateful if you could help her on her way. She is looking for all of the support she can get.

Hayley Nadine Dance Academy Senior Workshop 2011.

For girls and boys ages 10+.

If you enjoy dancing this is perfect for you!

Featuring professional actor singer dancer Christian Gibson from the hit musicals Saturday Night Fever, Chess and Throughly Modern Millie, to name just a few.

Christian will be running a workshop where you can learn the routines from the shows.

This will be a great opportunity for you to have an insight into show business!

Summer School 2011 at Hayley Nadine Dance Academy.

Come and enjoy our Disney themed Summer School full of singing, dancing and gymnastics.

For Children aged 4 – 12.

Miss Hayley, ex-professional dancer, who danced in Disneyland Paris as Mickey Mouse, will be teaching the original Disney Parade as choreographed by the Disneyland team.

Dates: Mon 8th to Weds 10th August 2011.

We are taking part in the Razzle Dazzle Show at the Lighthouse Theatre in Kettering and we hope that you will be able to come and join us.

We’re delighted to announce that the Hayley Nadine Dance Academy has won the Group Dance-Off competition at this years Raunds Musical Festival.

Dancing to Jai Ho the dancers put on a great performance which was full of energy, expresssion and enjoyment and their effort was handsomely rewarded with the 1st place trophy.

In awarding the trophy, the judges commented that the decision was a unanimous one and that they thought the dance was ‘excellent and powerful’ and that all of the dancers ‘attacked it’. The judges also particularly liked the fact that everbody was smiling and looking up and that they were all in time.

The Hayley Nadine Dance Academy entered 15 acts into the competition in total, 10 in the Groups category and 5 in the solo category Whilst there could only be one winner in each category the standard of all the acts taking part was extremely high and all of the competitors did a fantastic job. Well done to everyone that took part!

With support from the Northamptonshire Community Foundation and BBC Radio Northamptonshire, Raunds Festival will hold its second Dance-off competition at the Saxon Hall this year and we will be taking part.

The Dance-off will take place from 1:00pm to 3:00pm on Saturday 7th May in the Saxon Hall.

It is open to young people, as dance groups or as individuals, performing dances of all styles
‘from Swan Lake to Street’.

The Dance-Off is first and foremost a fun experience as well as a chance for young people to show off their talents and, perhaps, win the dance-off.

Groups and individuals will be judged separately with the winning group receiving a trophy.

Depending on the number of entrants there may be more than one round. A panel of Judges will be watching each entry and will decide who will progress into the next round.

Competition entry is FREE, £1 to watch.

We are pleased to announce that we have finished uploading all of the photos from this years showcase event to the gallery.

We took over 2,000 photographs and have ended up posting 1,709 on the site so there are plenty to work your way through!

As a result of the feedback you gave us in our recent survey, we have now made the showcase photos available to download (2011 & 2009).

The benefits of this are that you can:

- Create an unlimited number of prints in any size
- Make a slideshow of the images
- Display the photos on your computer at full resolution and without any watermarking
- Print the images on mugs, key rings, t-shirts etc

As in previous years, you can order prints from the website. We were actually considering removing this facility, but your feedback was very clear about this being a requirement and so it proves the power of you giving us your views!
